Capital and Counties U.S.A., Inc. (“C&C”) is a real estate investment trust which owns and operates an institutional quality portfolio of retail, office and mixed-use properties located in Northern and Southern California. C&C is headquartered in San Francisco and currently owns fifteen
assets with a total valuation of approximately $666 million. Capital and Counties U.S.A. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Capital Shopping Centers Group PLC, a UK-listed property company.

Over its 40 year history in the US market, C&C has acquired and developed a high quality portfolio of real estate assets located in markets throughout the West Coast, with a primary emphasis in California. C&C’s focus is retail and mixed-use properties and by thoroughly understanding these products and their specific markets, Capital and Counties U.S.A. has delivered superior risk-adjusted returns for its partners and shareholders. With focused investing and skillful management C&C has pursued a successful strategy of acquiring value-add properties and development sites in supply constrained markets. Consistent with the strategy of retaining core holdings of investment grade properties, key acquisitions dating from the Company’s inception remain in the portfolio.
