Jay Kerner, Regional Director - Acquisitions and Development

Jay Kerner has more than 22 years experience in the acquisition, development and operation of commercial real estate. His primary responsibilities for Capital and Counties USA include the sourcing, underwriting, acquisition and development of retail, office and mixed use projects in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada and Texas. Previously Mr. Kerner was Senior Director of Acquisitions for Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT). He holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Business from the University of California at Los Angeles, and is a licensed California real estate broker as well as a member of the ICSC.
