Fergal McHugh, Senior Vice President – Acquisitions & Development

Fergal McHugh has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Capital and Counties USA, Inc. in 1996, he was the Regional Property Manager for one of the U.K.'s Top 100 companies, where he directed the management of its real estate portfolio, including its domestic and overseas subsidiaries. His professional background encompasses asset management, appraisal, property development, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. McHugh holds a B.S. degree from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, and a Diploma in Property Economics from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He is an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
