Turner Newton is the executive in charge of Capital and Counties USA, Inc. He has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years. During this period he has gained a depth of experience in the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, management and marketing of institutional grade retail, office and mixed-use property investments and developments. Professional Memberships include the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Newton holds a B.A. degree in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
