Alan Zipkin, Chief Financial Officer

Alan Zipkin came to Capital and Counties USA, Inc. from KPMG, where he spent five years in their auditing department, focusing on clients in the real estate and financial services fields. Since joining Capital and Counties USA, Inc. in 1987, he has played a key role in development projects. He is primarily responsible for the coordination of all external and internal reporting, forecasts, tax planning and tax return preparation for the entire portfolio. Mr. Zipkin is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a B. S. degree in Accounting, and he has passed the Certified Public Accounting Examination.
